We want you to wear your BENOÎT watch with complete confidence. We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day your package is delivered.
- Condition Requirement: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the watch must be completely unworn, unaltered, with all protective plastics intact, and in its original premium packaging.
- Exchanges (Free): If you would like to exchange your timepiece for a different collection or model, we will provide a complimentary pre-paid return shipping label.
- Refunds (Customer-Paid Return): If you change your mind and request a full refund to your original payment method, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees (if Express was selected) are non-refundable.
