1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We proudly ship across the United States and Canada. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Standard Tracked Shipping: FREE on all watch orders. Delivery takes 3–7 business days.
• Express Insured Shipping: Available at checkout for a flat rate of 20. Delivery takes 1–3 business days.

Note: All shipments cross the US/Canada border via Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). BENOÎT covers all customs, duties, and import taxes upfront. The price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay—no surprise delivery fees.

2. Package Protection & Shipping Insurance

During checkout, you have the option to add BENOÎT Package Protection. This premium coverage protects your order against transit damage, carrier loss, or porch theft.

• If your package is marked as delivered but stolen, or if it is lost in transit, please contact our support team at customersupport@benoitwatch.com within 5 days of the estimated delivery date.
• If you opt out of Package Protection, BENOÎT is not liable for lost or stolen packages once handed over to the courier.
